We Build AI Agents & Software

If You Can Think It, We Can Build It.

As an AI development agency, we go from rapid clickable prototype to production-grade AI agent system that runs your operations — software that works for you 24 hours a day, without supervision.

The Problem

Your Team Is Stretched. Your Tech Is Falling Behind

You know the problems. You just haven't had time to fix them. Meanwhile, they're costing you money every minute of every day.

Operations That Don't Scale

Every new client means more spreadsheets, more workarounds, more late nights. Your team is spending 60% of their time on tasks a machine should handle.

AI Is Still on Your Roadmap

Your competitors shipped AI agents last quarter. You're still comparing vendors. That gap gets wider and more expensive to close every month.

Software Held Together by Duct Tape

Five tools that don't talk to each other. Data in silos. Copy-paste between systems. One person leaves and nobody knows how anything works.

Our Services

Three Ways We Rebuild Your Operations

01

AI projects don't fail because of bad models. They fail because of bad systems and broken data strategies. We solve that first.

  • AI readiness assessment
  • System architecture design
  • Technology selection
  • Integration roadmap

02

AI agents that answer customer questions, process documents, route tickets, and run workflows. They work 24/7 and don't need onboarding.

  • Custom AI agents
  • Workflow automation
  • Intelligent document processing
  • Predictive analytics

03

One system that replaces the five tools your team duct-tapes together. We build the MVP in weeks, you validate it with real users, then we scale it.

  • Rapid prototyping & MVPs
  • Full-stack development
  • API & integration layer
  • Cloud-native deployment

Our Process

Built Different. Delivered Fast

You see working software every week. If we're building the wrong thing, we find out on Friday, not three months from now.

Discovery

We learn how your team actually works, where the bottlenecks are, and what an AI agent could take over.

Architecture

We map out exactly what we're building, then give you a clickable prototype. You can tap through it, show your team, and tell us what's wrong before we write real code.

Build

Demos of working software. Not slides, not mockups. You can log in, use it, and tell us what to change.

Deploy

We handle servers, monitoring, and the go-live. If something breaks at 2am, we get the alert, not you.

Iterate

After launch, we monitor how real users interact with the system. Then we fix what's confusing and double down on what's working.

About Us

We've Built This Before. For Companies Like Yours

Small team. No account managers, no project coordinators, no middlemen. You talk directly to the people writing your code.

Ships Ready

We don't hand off "version 1" and disappear. What we deploy handles real traffic on day one.

Done This Before

We've built AI agents for clinics, logistics companies, restaurants, and SaaS startups. Same patterns, different industries.

One Team, Start to Finish

The people who design your system also build it and deploy it. No handoffs between departments.

AI From Day One

We don't add AI to old software. We build new systems with AI agents at the core.

What does it cost to build a custom AI agent?

The questions every founder, operator, and engineering manager asks us before scoping an AI build. Straight answers, real numbers.

How much does it cost to build a custom AI agent?

Cost is the question every buyer has, and the honest answer is that it depends on the shape of your specific build — not a generic bracket pulled off another agency's pricing page. Four variables move the number more than anything else: how clean and centralized your data is, how many systems the agent has to read from and write to, how high the cost of a wrong action is in production, and whether you want a clean handoff or an ongoing retainer. The LLM bill is rarely the expensive part — engineering time is, and that time scales with those four variables. We scope cost on the free 30-minute strategy call so it tracks your real workflow, not a generic range. If AI is not the right answer for your situation, we will tell you that on the call too.

How long does it take to build a custom AI system?

We move fast — most focused agents go live within weeks of kickoff, not quarters. Faster than buyers expect when scope is honest. A focused single-workflow agent typically goes from kickoff to production in a handful of weeks: Week 1 is discovery — we map the workflow, lock the success metric, and decide what the agent will not do. Weeks 2 to 3 cover architecture and the first build of tools, memory, and the control loop. Weeks 3 to 4 are iterative build with weekly demos on real data, not slide decks. The final week is production hardening — evaluation harness, retry logic, observability, and the human-in-the-loop checkpoints that turn a demo into a system. Real velocity: weekly demos, not quarterly checkpoints. Multi-step or multi-agent systems run longer because integration count is the bottleneck, not LLM capability — but even those ship in weeks, not years. We commit to a real timeline on the strategy call once we have seen your specific scope.

Should I hire an AI development agency or build in-house?

It depends on three things: how fast you need to be in production, how core AI is to your product, and whether you can hire senior AI engineers in your geography. If you need to ship in weeks not quarters, an agency wins because the hiring cycle alone for a senior AI engineer is months. If AI is the actual product customers pay you for, you want the expertise compounding inside your company — so build in-house, but consider an agency for the first version while you recruit. If AI powers internal operations or one feature inside a larger product, an agency almost always wins because the depth required does not justify permanent headcount. The hybrid most mid-market companies should use: an agency ships v1 while you recruit one in-house engineer who inherits the system. We will tell you on the call which fits your situation.

What is the difference between an AI agent and AI automation?

Automation runs a fixed script and calls an LLM at a few steps — predictable when inputs match the template, fragile when they vary. Think Zapier routing a support ticket to a queue based on the subject line. An agent has memory, structured tool access, and decision-making — it picks its own next step, recovers from failures, asks for help when it should, and improves with feedback. Think an agent that reads the full ticket, checks the customer's account history, runs the diagnostic, attempts the fix, drafts the reply, and routes to a human only when its confidence is below threshold. Automation is a script with an LLM call. An agent is a system that owns a workflow start to finish. Most "AI tools" sold today are automation dressed up. Real agents are rarer, harder to build, and they replace a person, not a script.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes — most of our clients are non-technical founders or operations leaders, and several of them have shipped AI to production faster than tech-heavy companies because the decision chain is shorter. What we need from you: one empowered decision-maker with authority to approve scope and sign off on weekly demos, about thirty minutes a week to walk through what we built and what it does, and roughly a 24-hour turnaround on direction questions when we hit a fork in the road. You will not be asked to read pull requests, review architecture diagrams, or learn what a vector database is. You will see weekly demos on real data, plain-English progress updates, and trade-off conversations framed around business outcomes and not technology. We handle the translation between the AI engineering reality and your business goals so you stay focused on the decision of what to build.

What happens on the free AI strategy call?

A 30-minute working session, not a sales pitch. The first five minutes are you describing the business problem in your own words — the workflow that is broken, the people who run it today, the cost of getting it wrong. The next fifteen are us asking the questions that matter: what data already exists, which systems the agent would have to touch, what the accuracy floor needs to be in production, and where the human-in-the-loop checkpoints belong. The final ten are a candid recommendation — scope of an MVP if AI fits your situation, a different approach if it does not, and a referral if the right answer is software we do not build. You leave with a clear next step. No follow-up sequence, no nurture emails, no pressure to commit. If we are not the right fit, we say so and tell you who is.
